01Sep…at the risk of sounding slighty nutty

This is most likely some kind of imaging error, but I can’t seem to explain this strange line I found on Google Earth when viewing stars and gelexies.

It’s a line spanning from Centaurus to Corvus under HD 113415 and I would have thought nothing of it, but I noticed in some places the line is on top of objects (as expected in an imaging error), but in other places the line goes under objects. Unless stars are individually photographed and placed on a canvas in post production, I can’t explain this weird yellow line.
